Kaz Brothers is a family owned real estate developer with over 15 years experience in the Washington D.C. metro area. Kaz Brothers acquires and develops its own projects, participates in joint ventures, and also manages the development process for other builders and developers.
Kaz Brothers’ expertise encompasses all facets of development: feasibility analysis, rezoning, entitlements, permitting, development, and bond release. Our goal is to add value to development projects through value engineering, cost efficiency, creativity, and superior management.
Our flexible structure has allowed us to work under many formats (owner, fee developer, joint venture partner, consultant), and has given us the opportunity to work with a wide range of real estate companies, such as NV Homes, Ryan Homes, M/I Homes, Centex Homes, Stanley Martin, Greenvest, Winchester Homes, Pulte Homes, Pleasants Construction, RF Kline, and CB Richard Ellis.
